The base drawing for Emberous was done by Hector Ogando, as well as the palette swaps. Emberous was designed using two other prototype concepts from Lamesha and Hector.

What Went Well:

  • Completion before sprint deadline

  • Collab. with other character artists

  • Hipoly sculpting

  • Retopology

For next time:

  • Don't rush! Take the time on the retopology

  • Improve PBR textures

  • Sculpt better proportions. His torso and arms are weird and incorrect anatomy

What Went WRONG:

  • time. was very pressed for time on this character

  • Texturing specs. miscommunication

  • His face (normals)
